Knowledge management. Many veteran frontline workers are retiring, taking their years of experience and domain expertise with them. GenAI tools address knowledge gap challenges by providing in-the-moment answers to conversational questions that can assist frontline workers in their daily tasks.

Fast and easy guidance. Instead of having to track down the right expert, AI agents help problem solve and provide step-by-step instructions for asset fine-tuning, equipment maintenance, and root cause analysis of anomalies and other potential problems. In one example, an aerospace provider created an intelligent assistant for its maintenance, repair, and overhaul technicians, which helped save an estimated 10 minutes on every query made during the day. The result was tens of thousands of savings in labor costs.
